Huawei n: gaged is a dedicated programme for the UK's and India's retailers and call centres. Huawei uses this training center to educate, train, and inform about its products. The programme is built on a set of 3 pillars - Knowledge, Products and Competitions.
This three-month project involved re-building the existing platform with an emphasis on user experience and engagement. I have also introduced a full brand overhaul with a brand-new design system.
Constructing a design system with strong foundations, clear guidelines and the ability to evolve with the platform in the future.
Creating a simple onboarding experience will be essential to generate more user accounts and build a stronger community around the brand.
Focusing on users' needs, values and maximizing experiences throughout the whole platform journey.
